Cancellation & rescheduling

It happens! This business can certainly be unpredictable. Please utilize the strategies in place to help avoid last minute cancellations. I do all I can to reschedule cancelled shoots for as soon as possible, however this becomes increasingly difficult during the busier times (Spring/Summer).

Please cancel/reschedule shoot within 24 hours of your appointment time. If outside of cancellation window, access to the property is denied, or the property is not ready for photos on the day of the shoot, a cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed.

Re-shoot fee | minimum fee to return to previous site $40.

Here are just a few tips to help avoid same-day cancellation scenarios:

  • Distribute the CV Home Preparation Guide to your sellers.

  • For sessions booked several days in advance, check in with your sellers periodically, leading up to the session to ensure preparation is still on-track.

  • Visit the property to verify that any contracting work is completed and home is in an acceptable state prior to the date of your photo appointment.

Photo Usage

If you have paid Cincy Visuals (CV) in full, you have the rights to use the products, (photographs, videos or media) and you agree that the rights to use the products have been granted only to you. You agree not to transfer, assign or sub-license your rights to use the products to anyone without the written permission of the copyright holder, CV. Your rights permit your use of the products for marketing purposes only, including multiple listing services; however, your rights do not permit third parties to copy, display or distribute the products, unless you receive written permission from CV.
For real estate, these rights are valid indefinitely as long as you have the listing. Should any third party request rights to use the products, you agree to refer them to CV. These parties can include, but are not limited to; other agents, staging companies, builders, designers, etc. If we agree to allow others to use the products an additional licensing fee may be required. CV agrees not to use the product in a way that interferes with your rights.
